Enterprise platform consultants configure and maintain our Atlas enterprise platforms. They will be able to work independently on complex tasks within their modules and simple tasks in related modules, They will help the BOAS with the planning and grooming and then delivering the tasks through testing and go-live. They can also collaborate with more senior consultants to work on more complex tasks. They will follow the patterns and best practices from the architects and chapter lead and will contribute to the creation of new best practices and patterns. They will be an active member of the squad and while focusing on their technical specialties they will be curious and broaden their skills to become a T shaped member of the team. They understand best practices and the SDLC and are champions for agile software delivery models. They understand the value of testing, automation and documentation and will ensure that they deliver robust, efficient secure solutions that deliver business value. They work closely with the BOAs and Product Owners to engage directly and effectively with squad stakeholders at their level.

• • Develop configuration and support for normal tasks in accordance with patterns, best practices and the SDLC that is robust, reliable, secure, performant and scalable
  • Support in the delivery of complex configuration or support
  • Maintain and grow their expertise in their core technical specialty and grow out their cross functional skills in the team
  • Actively participate contribute to the squad culture and delivery rituals
  • Assist in grooming stories for delivery
  • Deliver effective and accurate estimates
  • Support the collection and presentation of delivery metrics
  • Actively contribute in retros and the growth of the teams capability
  • Actively contribute to the testing, documentation and support of the products
  • Engage effectively with end users of their products at their level through the SDLC
  • Understands the strategy and can articulate how their work contributes value to it
  • Supports the chapter lead as required in running the chapter and participating in practices

   

• Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in their specialty platform
• 3+ years experience in an agile delivery culture
• Experience delivering applications within an automated CI/CD, SDLC and automated testing an advantage
• Airline or logistics experience an advantage but not essential

Special Demands:

• The role may require some occasional domestic travel and very occasional international travel

Salary Range: $125,500 - $170,500

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
