- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Aviation Management, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role, preferably in aviation or a highly regulated industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, Power Query, and formulas) as well as solid working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint for communication, documentation, and presentation of data insights.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights.
- Familiarity with database query languages (e.g., SQL) and data extraction from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of FAA training regulations, including FAR Part 121 Subparts N & O, and the Pilot Records Database (PRD) is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with crew scheduling, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and flight training management systems (e.g., Sabre, CrewTrac, Comply365, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working in a Part 121 air carrier environment within Flight Operations or Training department is preferred.
- Understanding of budget tracking or cost analysis within an operational training context is a plus.

Salary Range: $70,500 - 95,500
