We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic QA Partner to lead and evolve our Quality Assurance practice into a proactive, business-aligned capability. This role goes beyond traditional QA management—it's about driving quality as a strategic enabler of business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, results-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and can influence across teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
This individual will co-own the advancement of the QA program alongside the Application Delivery Chapter Lead, championing innovation in testing practices, optimizing resource utilization (onshore/offshore), and aligning QA efforts with enterprise technology and business strategies.

Salary Range: $91,000 - $122,500
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
