The Senior Instructional Design Specialist plays a key role in the design and development of the Advanced Qualification Program (AQP). This role is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of instructional content related to AQP. This position will collaborate with Training Managers, Instructors, Evaluators, and AQP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver an optimal training experience for all learners covered by AQP, with an emphasis on training center students and attendees.
