Monitor Station operations and coordinate operational tasks with Company, customer and vendor representatives to achieve safe and timely arrival/departure procedures. Lead and guide the work of AOG Parts Controllers on assigned shift, providing critical aircraft parts support on 24/7 basis for out of service aircraft for Atlas Air and under contract, Polar Air Cargo. As a team member, sources and buys parts against aircraft on ground, critical, and other discrete requisition types supported by the AOG desk.
The Material Operations Supervisor is responsible for warehouse and inventory management of materials and parts for Atlas Air and Polar Air Cargo. They also oversee and provide guidance to the Stores Leads and Stock Clerks.

The Senior Manager, Inventory Management is a highly technical role responsible for development and management of a cost effective material strategy while providing the highest possible level of material availability in support of all customers and fleet types operated by Atlas Air and, under contract, Polar Air Cargo. This role requires leadership of Inventory Management activities including demand planning, sourcing, surplus management, distribution and other related functions for $400M+ of aircraft material and tooling inventory. This role further requires close collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure success in optimized material availability. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the material service levels of all customers and fleet types, ensuring material is properly allocated and available at the appropriate stations on an ongoing basis. Additionally the Senior Manager will be responsible for the execution of work of the Material Planning, Inventory Control, and Tooling teams to ensure business deliverables are met.

The Material Quality Inspector ensures that all parts and materials brought into the system for the support and maintenance of aircraft are serviceable, airworthy, and quality standards are maintained throughout the entire receiving process. The tasks required for this role include the inspection of parts, assemblies, chemicals, tooling and materials for conformance to specifications, verification of quantities, part number of items received to ensure completeness and accuracy of order, and the certification paperwork for compliance with FAA, EASA and other regulatory agencies, including Atlas Air company requirements and specifications.
This position is responsible for achieving all Ground Operation goals as they relate to performance, safety, service and regulatory compliance. Supervision of the Loadmaster group to ensure cost effective utilization, appropriate performance and conduct. To provide internal and external customers with assistance and guidance on the acceptability of Special Cargo for carriage on company aircraft. Advise of any required cargo buildup, shoring and/or special equipment required to facilitate that carriage. Communication with affected locations to ensure efficient movement. Monitoring of special loads as they transit through our system.
Performs duties relating to the loading/unloading of aircraft, flight following, customs and cargo handling to ensure that company meets all company and governmental policies and regulations that customers receive quality service.
The Powerplant Engineer reports to the Manager, Powerplant Engineering and is responsible for the engineering data, instructions, documents, and technical support that economically ensures the safety, airworthiness, and reliability of Atlas Air aircraft within the following ATA chapter subjects: 24, 26, 30, 36, 49, 70- 80.
Travels to off-line stations and performs and/or supervises contract personnel’s performance of duties relating to the loading/unloading of aircraft and cargo handling. Ensures that aircraft and cargo handling meet all company and governmental policies and regulations and that customers receive quality service.

The Director Training Center Administration establishes strategies and direction for the Training Center to ensure that the operations are continuous, effective and in compliance with the Company’s goals, strategies, and all applicable regulatory requirements. This role is specifically responsible for the oversight, development and execution of all aspects of the Training Scheduling and Training Records departments.
Provide oversight and direction to vendors contracted by Atlas Air, and customers of Atlas ACMI flights, ensuring that proper Atlas and FAA handling procedures are used in the performance of duties.
Assist / oversee flight handling coordination for all Atlas departments, Crews and ground handlers.
